Accessibility

Old Billingsgate is fully accessible via both its roadside and riverside entrances. The venue is equipped with two passenger lifts providing access to the first and second floor. Additionally, there is one accessible toilet located on the ground floor.

Please note that while there is not have onsite parking, there is ample parking available at nearby car parks. For those requiring accessible parking, street-level disabled parking is available a short walk from the venue. For more parking options or additional accessibility needs, please contact Cristina.Gaitens@thepaymentsassociation.org

All of our sessions are live-captioned, will have Hearing Loops, and dedicated space for wheelchair users. For any further assistance please contact  marketing@thepaymentsassociation.org

The easiest way to access your badge is through printing at home. If you can’t print your badge at home, bring your QR code, which will be emailed to you, and we can print it on site for you. We highly recommend registration pre-event to avoid disappointment.

Financial crime 360 runs from 8:30 – 18:00 on 2nd November. 

Tap 'n Taste Catering

  • Conference passes and VIPs will receive a preloaded wearable to spend at our Tap n’ Taste areas for an interactive networking experience.
  • Visitor tickets will not receive a wearable.

Delegates can collect their Tap 'n Taste Wearable from the Information Desk.

  • Yes, you will be able to purchase food from any of our Tap n’ Taste and Tap n’ Drink areas. Food is also available outside of the venue, although Tap 'n Taste Wearables can only be used at the catering units inside the event.
  • Visitor tickets may purchase food and drink using traditional payment methods (i.e. cash and card).
